1 Small mixing bowl for grated cheese to come to room temperature

Ingredients
1 1/2CupsWhole Wheat or Oat Flour
1 1/4CupsGrated cheddar cheese
1/4PoundOlive Oil
1CloveGarlicCrushed
1/4Cupwater, stock or milkany liquid will work
Instructions
Grate the cheese into a bowl and let stand until it reaches room temperature.
Cream the cheese with the softened margarine, garlic, salt and flour.
Add enough milk to form into a ball.
Chill for 1/2 hour.
Roll onto floured board.
Cut into shapes then bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until slightly brown and firm.
Notes
This is a flexible recipe; if it is too sticky, add more flour, or if it is too stiff, add more water. The recipe can make up to 3 dozen biscuits, depending on size.
