Applesauce Oatmeal Pupcakes

Delicious fall soft Applesauce Oatmeal pupcakes that your dogs will be excited to eat.

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Tin
  • 1 Silicone Mold
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Silicone spatula
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Measuring Spools

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° f. Line 12 – 14 1.75-inch mini-muffin pan with paper bake cups and set aside
  • In small bowl mix together, flour, baking powder and oats. Set aside
  • In a large mixing bowl add olive oil, applesauce, honey and egg. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes or until combined
  • Add dry ingredients into the mixture and blend for approximately 2 minutes until well mixed
  • Fill each cupcake liner with 1 tablespoon of pupcake mix
  • Bake pupcakes for 12 minutes. Pupcakes are done when you can stick a toothpick into the cake and it comes out clean
  • Remove from pan and cool on wire rack

Notes

 
If you have smaller silicone molds or mini muffins, you will want to reduce the cooking time.  Keep a close eye on them.
