Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 2 Measuring cups Liquid and Dry
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Rubber spatula/scraper
  • 2 Cookie sheets
  • 2 Wire rack/cooling rack
  • 1 2 1/2 inch cutter
  • 1 Metal Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cups Oat Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. Alfalfa sprouts Chopped
  • 1 Cup Brown rice Cooked
  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Combine flour, yeast, salt, garlic powder and alfalfa leaves into mixing bowl.
  • Add rice and oil. Combine well.
  • Add 1/4 cup water and mix well. Dough should be easy to handle and not crumbly. Add more water if needed to achieve consistency.
  • Lightly flour board or counter and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
