Refunds for Digital Products: We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for digital products, including any downloadable content or online courses. All digital product sales are final.
Exchanges for Physical Products: For all other physical products, we offer exchanges of equal value within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or received a defective product, please get in touch with our customer support team to arrange an exchange.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations Before 5 Days: We will provide a full refund if you wish to cancel your order more than five days before the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations After 5 Days: Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 50% refund.
