Do you have items ready?
YES! We have fresh treats on hand at all times. We have regular bake days, so we have a selection of puppy favourites and new monthly flavours.
Do I need to pre-order?
We love it when you pre-order! For cakes, we require a minimum of 7 days. For pupcakes, we require a minimum of 3 days. For custom treats over 2 dozen or 2kgs/1lb we require a minimum of 3 days. Contact us to arrange dates, we will do our best to accommodate but it will depend on how many orders we have. It is best to order as far in advance as you can so we can get it into our calendar!
Are these treats healthy for my Dog?
All of our ingredients are human-grade and safe for dogs to eat. They should be served as treats and are not intended to be a meal replacement. Some dogs may have sensitivities to certain foods. Our recipes are designed in such a way that they can be customized for health and taste. Contact us to learn more about this option.
What is in your treats?
Each flavour of treat, pupcake, and cake is different. You can find the ingredients for each item in the shop order description and on each package. If you have any questions or would like a custom flavour, contact us, and we will be happy to make arrangements.
Can I order a custom design or flavour?
Yes! We offer a completely custom cable ordering process. You choose the style, flavour and colours you want. Contact us to learn more about these options.
Why are there expiry dates for the products?
Due to our products being preservative-free, donuts, cakes, cupcakes & biscuits should be kept in a cool, dry place such as the fridge or freezer to maximize quality. Treats will remain fresh in the freezer.
Dehydrated treats have a much longer shelf life!
