Alfalfa Sprout Crunchers
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Rolling Pin
- 2 Measuring cups Liquid and Dry
- 1 Measuring spoons
- 1 Rubber spatula/scraper
- 2 Cookie sheets
- 2 Wire rack/cooling rack
- 1 2 1/2 inch cutter
- 1 Metal Spatula
Ingredients
- 2.5 Cups Oat Flour
- 2 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 tbsp. Alfalfa sprouts Chopped
- 1 Cup Brown rice Cooked
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, salt, garlic powder and alfalfa leaves into mixing bowl.
- Add rice and oil. Combine well.
- Add 1/4 cup water and mix well. Dough should be easy to handle and not crumbly. Add more water if needed to achieve consistency.
- Lightly flour board or counter and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
